We know burnout, overwhelming stress, & a lack of personal freedom outside of the workplace is a regular problem for high functioning professionals. Our desire is to deliver the opportunity for our clients to relax and re-focus on other important aspects of life.

Hello and welcome to My Growth Management.
Allow me to introduce myself, I am Lani Miller, founder and owner of My Growth Management.
Your virtual/personal assistant & Coding Professional.
I am a mom to 3 beautiful little girls and married to my best friend.
One of my favorite memories from youth, was sitting at my parent's office desk, clicking on the calculator, tapping on the computer keys, and writing in scribbles. I loved pretending I was running a business and doing really important things. If I wasn't there, you would have found me on a soccer field, or in other words...Home.
Being the extremely goal driven person that I am, I graduated high school with my college prerequisites complete on my way to one career path, when a curve ball was thrown and I ended up somewhere completely different.
I was offered a position at a financial management group, working closely with families and small business. Although fulfilling, I wanted more education and became interested in taking what knowledge I have into the medical world as well.
After graduating from Edison State and passing my state exams, I became a CPC, Professional Medical Coder and Biller. I worked for several years in both inpatient and outpatient billing, coding, & administrative positions.
During that time I relocated from Ohio to Tennessee. It was time for my daughters & I to grow. Little did I know, the Lord was going to bless me so greatly during that season. Not only did Tennessee bring us new life, great healing, safety, and the husband/father of our dreams,
it brought an opportunity to do something I've only dreamt of. Although, hardly known by anyone in town, I was asked to help run several soccer teams from the local school. That landed me on the high school girls soccer team. I quickly learned one of my biggest joys comes from helping and loving on my community; sharing with them one of my biggest passions from youth. The opportunity to watch my young soccer players grow in the game and in their personal lives, started to spark my interest of how I could use what other gifts I possess to help more people.
My desire is to be a blessing to individuals looking for lasting success and ultimately...Growth.
